Beginner Beer Brewing Class February 19th 2:00-5:00 Cost: FREE
This beginner class covers all the basics - equipment, ingredients, sanitizing and the process. We will be brewing up a Vienna Lager . You will leave with the knowledge needed to brew any beginner recipe. We leave plenty of time for you to ask all your questions, have some pizza and sample the beverage from last months class !

Wine Tasting & Pairing

You are cordially invited to join us in an evening of tasting fine wines that you can actually make right at home. Adam Southard from Brewcaft USA will delight us with his knowledge of these fantastic wines and teach us to pair them with NW cuisine. We will taste a variety of these award winning local and import wines all availble in juice kits ready to take home and ferment.

All Grain Class on March 11th
If you havent been in to the store recently, we've been making a lot of changes.
1) Yes, We have changed out our grain crusher to a belt driven 3 roller crusher.
The 2 top rollers are gear driven with a 3rd idler roller and boy is it quiet. (No More Drill)
2) We now have two computer terminals to help move the checkout process along with a new scanner.
3) We are excited to say we have added two new fresh faces to the shop. Matt Machado and Katyra Stratton are both here to help you with all your fermenting needs. See more about them under the ABOUT US TAB !
