Amarillo- Great for any style this spicy and noble hop is used for either bittering or finishing. Alpha 8-9% / 2oz. pkg
Cascade-This hops primary role is a bittering hop, however this fragrant and spicy hop can also be used as a finishing hop. Alpha 7-9% / 2oz. pkg
Centennial- Formerly known as CFJ90 this hop was also referred to as “Super Cascade” however this hop is no where near as “citrusy”. This assertive hop is mainly used for aroma purposes. Alpha 9% / 2oz. pkg
Chinook- The typical American citrus pine hop with a plethora of fruity flavors. Very popular among smaller breweries. Their main use is for bittering. A fantastic dry hop addition as well. Alpha 12-13% / 2oz. pkg- $5.2
Citra- Alpha 12% / 2oz.
Cluster- This bittering hop is used by many commercial breweries. This hop has a much more subtle aroma than Cascade, but blends well with many aromatic hops. Alpha 8-9% / 2oz. pkg

Crystal- A low alpha acid hp that is quite aromatic and fruity used mainly for aromatic purposed. A great aroma hop to go with Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, and other big American hops. Alpha 5-6% / 2oz. pkg

Yakima Goldings- Another variety of the famous “Goldings” hop grown in the Yakima valley of Washington State. A standard hop for british ales. Alpha 4-5% / 2oz. pkg

Magnum- West coast hop with high alpha acid. Excellent bittering hop. Alpha 13-14% / 2oz. pkg
Mt. Hood- Perfect for lagers, especially American style, this hop has a very clean bitterness and a rather spicy aromatic quality. Used in many styles that require subtle hop aroma. Alpha 6-7% / 2oz. pkg
Northern Brewer- A hop with a very mild, clean, neutral flavor which can be used in all types of beer with not harshness of palate and imparts a good quality of bitterness. The high level of oil makes this a very distinctive dry hop for full- bodied ales. Alpha 8% / 2oz. pkg
Nugget- This is primarily a bittering hop with an extreme bitterness and a very heavy herbal aroma. This hop can also be used to add a unique aroma profile. Alpha 11-13% / 2oz. pkg.
Palisades- A fairly recent American cross that has good aromatic charachteristics, and a soft earthy flavor. Alpha 8-9% / 2oz. pkg
Perle- This German dual-purpose hop is sweet and spicy. It has only recently arrived in America. It’s primary use is in bittering or finishing pilsners and lagers. Alpha 6-7% / 2oz. pkg

Simcoe- Simcoe has a great passionfruit-like aroma and incredibly good bittering qualities. Alpha 13-14% / 2oz. pkg

Sterling- Sterling is a cross between Hallertauer and Saaz, with the fine qualities of both. Alpha 5-6% /

Bavarian Spalt- Grown in the German region of the same name. Spalt is known for Saaz like aroma and spicy character. It is perfect for many different types of European lagers. Alpha 2-3%
German Hallertaur- This hops importance in German lagers is vastly underestimated. It’s a spicy hop with a wonderful aroma and flavor. It’s primary use is for finishing lagers or pilsners. Alpha 2-4%
Falconers Flight- This NW IPA blend is a tribute to brewing legond Gary Falconer with 14 types of hops !!!
Kent Goldings- The Goldings are the traditional Old English hop which has been used extensively in kettle hopping and for dry hopping. Grown in the Kent region of England.
Alpha 5-6%
Galena- Despite it’s high alpha acid Galena has quite a moderate bitterness. It is a fantastic bittering hop with a clean bitterness and a very pleasant mild aroma. Used in most styles of beer as a bittering hop. Alpha 12-14%
Columbus- The high alpha variety has a clean bitterness and a pleasant aroma. Alpha 12-13%
Liberty- Aroma variety with close similarities to imported German aroma varieties, especially Hallertau. Released in the US in 1991. Of the four triploid Hallertau varieties released, Liberty most closely resembles the Hallertau cultivar. Alpha 4-5%
